Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 3/4 c flour blend
  • 4 tsp guar gum
  • 2 tsp b. soda
  • 1.5 tsp b. pwd
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  • 1 c walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Beat eggs well.  Add sugar and vanilla, beat well.   Add margarine, bananas. Stir.
  2. Add dry ingredients together and stir.
  3. Mix dry into wet.  Add chocolate chips & walnuts.
  4. Stir, and spoon into 2 greased 8″ bread pans. 
  5. Bake 325 - 350F for 50-60 minutes.  Top will be browned, and toothpick inserted will come out clean (except if you stab a piece of banana).
