For the flour blend, and rice flour in general, is it all white, or mixed with brown?  Can you mix the two at random or are there rules?  ANY info would help!

		<description>In my opinion, people are just getting healthier and living longer.  I bet there were a lot of people walking around very sick or dying younger from mysterious illnesses not so long ago. Anyhow, the more the merrier when it comes to diets!  Remember the Atkins diet?  They had their own products in the mainstream markets!  It's coming for celiacs too.  (here's hoping anyway)</description>
